I tried to use the win 7 machine to install same xp drivers for 86 machine and it gives an error message the location does not contain ip5000 driver for the It has something to do with the Network name. Enable the option. If the issue persists, try to access another computer by entering \\computername in the Start Search box. I ran LanScan, on another computer when I couldn't see the workgroup, and it shows the netbook is not reporting the workgroup name that is setup in Win7 home.
Regards Trebor November 30, 2009 Keith My printer is on the XP computer. In the bottom box, select Workgroup and change the Workgroup name to WORKGROUP. This service has two dependencies; Peer Networking Identity Manager service and Peer Name Resolution Protocol service. The folder shows up fine on Win 7 and I can ping machines back and forth.
