I see nothing in the variable path column of the systems variables section that says "variable path". Here's how it works. If it’s not there, you can copy it from another computer to the Binaries folder or if you only have a Windows XP CD, open a command prompt window, insert your Msconfig Windows 7 Location Copy Short Cut and Paste to any place you like. something just doesn't feel right. Try putting C:\WINDOWS\PCHealth\HelpCtr\Binaries\MSConfig.exe in the run box and see what happens.
