My pc wasn't recognizing my iphone, so I disabled AVG, re-installed itunes and then the drivers. All of us laymen people try to find a solution without it costing us. I just keep getting that same message! If this entry is displayed without any "x", "!" or "?" symbols over it, then this driver is successfully installed. check over here

If it leaves those blank then you have one of 3 problems. The screen should flash briefly. Click OK in the Have Disk window.
