My Windows 7 System Restore just doesn't want to work! I thought this Dell was dead and I was screwed. Then I used recovery disks to reinstall, no luck. Thanks again. More about the author
During start-up you are asked to log-in, then there should be a quick flash & your desktop should appear. Some image backup programs, however, can incrementally backup. Then just use the plain desktop background to begin with, give it a few start-ups to learn better habits, then reassess. Your computer’s system files and settings were not changed.
