Touch the Account that is having trouble sending mail. Set personal email to send as GAB email by default. Finally it looks like I have a solution from this forum. Deleting gmail from iphone, so still no gmail. Love it! but it always did before. Apple needs to fix this.

Additional Outgoing Mail Servers can be configured in Settings>Mail, Contacts, Calenders.. Thought I would share this in case it helps someone else. So check did you have the Push function turn off. None of the suggested solutions have worked for us yet. Verify that the Email and Password fields are correct. It seems to have fixed the problem however, I'm now sending 2 emails each time. My I-pad mini would work fine for four e-mail accounts but for one account, a btinternet account, it would receive but not send.
