I can open the friends list without problems.I've never had any trouble using the mouse with Diablo II/III or WoW, right clicks included.I'm using Yosemite (10.10.1).I use a Logitech mx anywhere However, a Mac-specific mouse like a Magic Mouse might need the settings adjusted to enable this.
