Thanks Md. Newer version: click the Account Information and ensure the server name is smtp.gn.apc.org. I am inclined to believe them.This happened once before, and I un-installed, then re-installed. I did not have to reconfigure Outlook, nor did I have to set up any DNS entries - but this may not be everyones case.
