That's because they're derived from ID3 tags. I feel so dumb - it was such an easy fix! In the official company FAQ, Apple originally stated that: Synchronization occurs only in one direction. I haven't heard of anyone else running into this problem. Ipod Not Showing Music After Sync If that's the case, or even if you purchased it online in a "new" condition, the battery is dead. Once that's done for all folders, just sync your ipod. PLease let me know which direction I should try next.

Reply Carl December 28, 2008 at 5:00 pm top stuff my friend, followed this and it worked like a charm just one thing, my hidden files were set to 'shown' anyway, I already sent a complaints to the BBB. the thing is, when i plug my ipod in, it wont connect to the pc. Then, from the menu bar at the top of your computer screen or the top of the iTunes window, choose File > Library > Update iCloud Music Library.

So, it looks like it says, "Settings on this iPod." On other iPods, it starts with Summary (not Settings) there are more button choices there (not just two), so it's not

Reply Lee November 3, 2009 at 10:01 am I can't download itunes at work but need to listen to my ipod sometimes to drown out the noise around me. should I change it back? This would make complete sense if you haven't used the iPod in a long, long time. Shift + Select All made that pretty easy.
