I tried deleting one but the computer warned me that if i shut something off, it can result in lost off data and instability and junk like that so I didn't navigate to this website

This is something I normally do if I don't plan on using the application. This Refreshes your computer and maybe when you have finished restarting you can have your old pc back not working!
