the problem was with the comodo firewall which was installed and when i uninstalled it (on the same day), there was a faulty installation of it, i guess....... So i think there's no hardware problem in my laptop. What Does Packets Sent And Received Mean so when i installed the internet i think this was what i did internet setup->setup a home or small network -> this computer connects to the internet through a residential gateway so i deleted all the registry entries of comodo first and then also used the zonealarm removal method......
yes, i do - only issue is which you are using and if its actually slowing you down - google open dns is slow for people outside US i dont see

I hear they require a good line. I am using a ethernet card ( compaq ipaq networking 10/100 fast ethernet pc card) I am currently still using it. They both connect to the network just fine and show the connection as "excellent" with maximum speed displayed, but when I try to browse, it's a no go.
