If at least one WINS server is configured, the computer uses h-node mode. In fact, all of said machines are capable of browsing the Windows 7 64-bit machine's shared folders, but it can't browse theirs. While typing this, the machine in the right pane also got listed as having shared media (for 2 seconds) then went away. I was having the same problem.
