I downdated Firefox to 3.6.3, but that did not help. I am not excellent at technical information but I am good at following instrauctions. I tried printing as image, also no response. It is a sad state of affair that Microsoft can't produce a better fix, although perhaps things will improve with IE10.
Microsoft Internet Explorer 8 and all other applications print without any problems. I thought Mac had a '''Command''' / Cmd key in place of the Ctrl key used on Linux / Windows PC's. I can't say what the change or even if any update correlates with this failure. I hope this lasts. However the migrated user profiles (from Windows 2003R2) had a slightly different temp directory structure. In recent times, I have had a few comments on here saying it doesn't fix the problem, so perhaps MS have messed things up a stage further.
