Open a 2nd email message (leave the first open), open another attachment, see Link1 (2).ndl show up. Could be blocking the process to save the attachement (creating a file) but the local admin rights might disprove this. Any similarities that you guys can find with your systems? Copy the location info less filename into windows explorer .
