The message could not be send because the connection to smtp server smtpout.secureserver.net timed out. Then, on the Advanced tab, I unchecked SSL and suddenly I was able to send emails with no problem.

Sending of message failed. Click Continue. NOTE: "smtpout.secureserver.net" is an SMTP relay server. useful reference I get my email no problem with my domain.com using port 995 and SSL.
