I talked to TW/Roadrunner and they showed me how to check my mail server and nothing was held there. When I try to send mail from my web based email account on optonline.net, I still have a problem sending email with attachment so I ruled that out. Unless this rule has changed, optonline does not allow home users to use any other outbound smtp server, HTML or web based mail works fine.But if you have say a business

There was no perfect fix for the problem, except to completely uninstall McAfee VirusScan from your computer. Please remember to be considerate of other members. I can recieve attachments just fine, but when I attempt to send email with attachments (not large attachments--text files mostly), my "send/recieve" action times out and re-attempts over and over.
