So far, trying again has not helped. :-P According to the Outlook RPC diagnostic window, Outlook is connecting to the Exchange 2010 server when it tries to get the public folders. We verified this is happening only with new users added since the upgrade because we've tried creating test users in various ways and none of them could see the public folders. In both views the hierarchical structure of folders is displayed, but in the Mail view only mail folders are displayed, so in that view you can't see other types of folders, We'll send you an email containing your password.
