Please anyone help me with this, I am very thankful. If you were setting a manual IP at the time that you had an automatically assigned IP (169.x.x.x), then the mask might have been preset to 255.255.0.0. This worked with the SBV6220 but the modem is not recognizing the request when it is routed through the router. The subnet make that a different local network!

When the modem is wired direct to my computer, I can use the IPN 192.168.100.1 to view the Modem Settings.
