To make sure it's actually in your PATH open up a terminal and see what $PATH prints out compared to what Eclipse spits out. I've already set the environment variable "Path", adding a semicolon and typing "C:\MinGw\lib;c:\MinGw\bin;". It use settings from the Manifest file.
