Disabling NV services didn't help. Are there continuous functions for which the epsilon-delta property doesn't hold? If you target your application for X64, your application should link with X64 version of lib and DLL. Disabling the NV Services service may solve your problem.

This could mean two things:1) The write requests are not being issued at all by VB6.EXE2) VB6.EXE is issuing the write requests for the file but they are not being completed, However, upon building, a new error popped up: LNK1158: cannot run 'cvtres.exe'.
