We would need to see more of the logs to have any type of clue of what could be going on here. But I got some error warnings with the extensions. DESTDIR support can be easly used by setting the DESTDIR environment variable before calling the script. Possible reasons follow: 1. Install Apxs2

As you have installed the non-threaded-MPM-apache (prefork), the apxs you need is part of the apache2-prefork-dev package, not of apache2-threaded-dev. But you are referencing to the Xcode folder. I just installed the GM Version of Sierra and the New Xcode with Commandline tools and this error would not show up again. Perl is already also installed I have given the correct path to apxs /usr/local/apache-2.0.48/apxs And my apache is build using --enable-so: What could be the problem??
