Cannot Register The Url Prefix 443
So, wondering why I am trying to install Apache on Windows Server 2008, simply because it’s a web server. If ten years ago it was still common to see an entire company using just one server, these days that's no longer the case. Then is it true that I can't have use headers to for multiple sites with one IP? Error from System Log: cannot register the URL prefix 'http://www.yourdomain.com:80/'; for site '1'. I think we are all getting bogged down in the wrong detail here. By default, IIS uses port 80 as the default TCP port and port 443 for Secure Sockets Layer (SSL).
