Click on Control Panel. Korean characters are displayed everywhere in my PC except browsers! All of the computers run Windows 7 whether it be Home Premium or Ultimate, and all of them don't have any additional language packs installed. If so, do you have a new solution to offer?

There should be something wrong with ur encoding. After I uninstalled it, everything came back except for Skype, which continues to show squares. My problem started after I installed a program from China, which changed all my Chinese characters on the system to squares.
