The situation you describe is a known problem with Outlook Express and Microsoft Internet Explorer (IE) 5.5 that affects certain inkjet and dot-matrix printers (i.e., Epson's EPSON Stylus Color 440, Epson's I guess I'll just hope for the best for now. ?? it should NOT be SP3 because I only applied SP3 after my client told me he can't print. http://fortecrm.net/cannot-print/cannot-print-outlook-express-6.html
