all the clients use 32 bit windows, various flavours from XP Pro to Vsta, to Windows 7. If there is any misunderstanding, please feel free to let me know. If we log in to terminal server or on another PC and print to the exact same printer via the server, it comes out okay, which tells me it's the computer.

I got a terminal server from the lab and Outlook 2003 could print to a redirected printer. While this is the easiest and possibly the best solution, it may not work for everyone.------------------------------------------We simply create the Folder with an GPO and it works perfectly for us!Maybe it's useful but the text markup is severely fubar...
