I did theregsvr32 Ole32.dll in the command promts and it made no difference, it did say it was successful but it didn't help with the printing. I hope nobody takes the credit for it. I have seen it in different versions of IE as far back as IE 6. his comment is here I really can't pin point when it started happening but I 'think' it was after I installed windows live mail but I can't be sure.
