I WILL find out how the AppData folder redirection is causing this and pass the word on when I find a SOLUTION!!! I also noticed its only to html printing (clear text works just fine...) View settings in the program, such as the Calendar view in Outlook. The registry key "Force RTF Printing"worked for me but of course bad page layout (picture, blanck space,...) PS: All OS and applications are installed in French. This worked for me!!
That's a bit strange, because Word is the default message editor for Outlook...
