What kinds of lockdown procedures have you implemented on your terminal server and have you tried to play around with this to find out what could be stopping the print wizard I hooked up my Samsung printer (which is the default printer) to my desktop computer with a cable and turned it on. All rights reserved. For instance, if you have GPOs set on the terminal server have you tried removing them to see if something in the GPO is blocking?
