Adobe always had a good reputaion for its product line. Dunno what's causing the problem, but I'm pretty sure its got something to do about document encryption as well as fonts. Curtis Schlunz, Sr. I could put my first through the screen! It is set to default here in FF Version: 20.0.1 and opens my documents no problem. The PDF Description changed from PDF File to Adobe Acrobat Document, just like you said it needed to in order to launch correctly.
