According to your diagram, you're using a router to route between vlans? configure routerB's NAT to allow ICMP echo packets, and you should then be able to ping inbound to routerB's LAN. This is a great post and a great thread! It would be better to configure your router to do this but you don't give a make/model and they vary a lot in how you configure them. Check This Out
