It's a Cisco EPC2425 Voice Gateway btw.. Northern California, U.S.A. Here's what it looks like for my router, which is doubtless much different than yours. I turned off my Win7 firewall, and noticed it turned it to a "public" network for some reason... Check This Out

Because my cellular provider provides me a dynamic ip we use modemname.domain to connect to the modem. What happened that out of the blue, I apparently need to start working with the NAT and many other things in the router/modem that has NEVER had to be done before? If the IP address above is 192.168.1.x, which I suspect it the case, you need to configure the Linksys to have a base address of 192.168.2.1 and it'll connect. . __________________ I did a hard reset a few times and even kept it to bare settings just to get online. I can't find anything I can turn on to explicitly allow that works. When I connect (hardwire) my laptop to the Westell I get a solid internet connection, but if I ping the Westell (using 18.104.22.168, which I think is correct?)
