Cannot Open User Accounts In Control Panel Windows Xp
Any help is immensely appreciated.Thank you, in advance! Looking to get things done in web development? Now i can't access the User Accounts, i'm on XP Home. I wanted to see if there was a fix without repairing my system. Source

I'll skip to the solution.1. Access denied.I tried re-installing Windows installer again. No error msg.Also cannot install or del programs in ADD REMOVE PROGRAMS.I re-installed XP twice, Ran Spybot and AntiVir on my C: drive.
