You could also experience this by navigating to the help file through the Start menu or directly to the location of the help file in the directory structure. This tool uses JavaScript and much of it will not work correctly without it enabled. It works! Thanks a lot!!!

Attempts to open a help topic give you the error message "Cannot Open the File: mk:@MSITStore". However, the article was for Windows 98 and the prescribed steps couldn't be completed in XP (where "regsrv" is apparently meaningless). The solution worked. Thank you!!!
